MoHitts Recording artist Napoleon was born to Napoleon Demps Jr. and Mary Demps in Flint, Michigan where he currently resides. Napoleon’s earliest memories of singing were during different family functions initiated by his aunt.


Napoleon began singing Southern Soul in 2004. He was inspired by Sir Charles Jones’ hit album, “Love Machine”. He figured since Sir Charles Jones’ was a young man singing Southern Soul, that he could do the same with his God-Given talent. His first record, “Big Licker”, was produced by Jody Sticker. It spawned the successful hit single, “Let Me Get it For the Last Time”, which garnered Napoleon first air play outside of Michigan, which was in Meridian, Mississippi. It was his introduction to the South.


In 2006, Napoleon had another single, “Who you been Lovin?” which featured ,Mr. David. Other songs include

“Booty Whipped” produced by Bigg Robb, and We Cant Do What We Wanna Do" and produced by Carl Marshal


In 2011, Napoleon recorded his new single, “Another Man”, which is currently receiving airplay nationally.  This single was produced by Gasner Allen, who has worked with many artists such as, Jazze Pha, R. Kelly, and many more.


Napoleon has opened up for Southern Soul artists such as: Sir Charles Jones, Bigg Robb, O.B. Buchana, T.K. Soul, Ms. Jody, and the late Marvin Sease.


When Napoleon isn’t singing and performing, he enjoys working with children in his community and mentoring young students.
